First time caller- something about her profile just spoke to me and I’m glad it did. I’m baffled!! All I did was say my POI’s name and she legit told me EXACTLY what I was calling about, what his problem is and where this is headed. These are details she couldn’t have possibly known. She stopped me while I rambled on and on so she could offer her insight bc that’s what we are paying for! She didn’t need my side of the whole story to connect. Kim is the REAL DEAL! Look for my next review when it all comes together- I have zero doubts.
